Is there a pot of gold at the end of this colourful Milky Way bow? Not quite, although some might argue there is. The bright white orange lights come from the town of Wagga Wagga located in country New South Wales Australia. Said to be one of the largest inland towns in Australia, with a population of over 60 thousand, these are hard-working folk made up mainly of farmers, truckies and local business owners.
Somehow this little town has produced more Australian Sporting Superstars than anywhere else in Australia per-capita. They range across several sporting codes such as Cricket, Australia Football Rules, Rugby League and motor racing. Ask a local why and they’ll almost surely tell you it’s in the water!
